AGC Flat Glass (Thailand) Receives Appreciation Award for High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Label

Mr. Rangsitt Luppanakan, Executive Director of AGC Flat Glass (Thailand) Public Company Limited, participated in the appreciation award ceremony for the Energy Label No. 5 Program. The event was organized by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) in collaboration with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) as part of the 30th Anniversary of the Energy Label No. 5 Program, held at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok.

The event celebrated three decades of success of the Energy Label No. 5 initiative, which has played a vital role in reducing national electricity consumption and lowering carbon dioxide emissions. It also marked the introduction of the new generation of the No. 5 energy label.

On this occasion, the company was honored to be recognized as one of the 54 partner organizations that have contributed to driving and supporting the Energy Label No. 5 Program—an important effort toward Thailand’s long-term energy conservation and sustainable environmental development.
